O-Blades Industrial Knives

Under the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“Law”), individuals defined as relevant individuals in the Law (“Data Owner”) are granted certain rights regarding the processing of personal data, as outlined in Article 11 of the Law.

In accordance with the first clause of Article 13 of the Law, applications regarding these rights must be communicated to O-Blades, which is the data controller, either in writing or through other methods determined by the Personal Data Protection Board (“Board”). In this context, applications made to our company in writing must be submitted using this form, physically, through notary services, or via registered electronic mail.

Your applications transmitted to us will be answered “as soon as possible and within a maximum of thirty days,” according to the nature of your request, in accordance with the second clause of Article 13 of the Law.

Our responses will be communicated to you in writing or through electronic media as per the provisions of Article 13 of the Law. To process your request, please provide the necessary and accurate information and documents as requested. If the required information and documents are incomplete or incorrect, it may cause delays in our investigation, and we reserve our legal rights in such cases.
