The Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698, which came into effect on March 24, 2016, regulates the protection of basic rights and freedoms of individuals, particularly privacy, in the processing of personal data, and the obligations and principles that real and legal entities processing personal data must comply with.

As the Data Controller, as defined by the Personal Data Protection Law, O-Blades takes great care and responsibility in ensuring the security of personal data of job applicants. In line with this commitment, we have prepared this form to obtain your consent for the processing, recording, storage, and transfer/disclosure of all personal data related to you, and all other individuals associated with the company, within the limits allowed by law and to the extent necessary for processing purposes.

The personal data you have provided and any personal data requested by legal legislation and our company policy will be processed within the scope of business requirements, respecting the rules of society, and following the principles of honesty. The processing will be limited to what is necessary and proportional to the relevant purpose and will be stored for the period required by the purpose and applicable legislation.

The Personal Data That May Be Processed:

1. Identity Data
   • Name, surname, Turkish Identity Number, date of birth, country of birth, city of birth, gender, marital status, nationality
2. Contact Information
   • Telephone number, home address, email address
3. Special Qualities Personal Data
   • Disability status, blood type, military exemption reason, criminal record, health status, number of children, additional income (retirement)
4. Educational Information
   • Education status, education history (school name, graduation date, GPA), foreign language knowledge, certifications, seminars, courses attended, computer skills
5. Visual and Audio Data
   • Work experience (company names, periods, job description), driver’s license, abilities, hobbies, salary expectations, military status, references

Purpose of Processing Your Personal Data:

Your personal data will be processed for the following purposes within the framework of your current or future employment at O-Blades:

• Planning and implementation of Human Resources processes
• Creation of personnel files, payroll
• Management of personnel employment contracts
• Provision of health services to personnel
• Issuance of telephone, line, and vehicles for employees under the employment contract
• Occupational health and safety processes
• Legal and compliance management
• Training and development management
• Corporate communication and travel planning
• Management of board of directors’ decisions
• Legal affairs and lawsuit tracking

Your Sensitive Personal Data:

Under the Personal Data Protection Law, sensitive personal data includes race, ethnic origin, political views, religious beliefs, health status, sexual life, criminal convictions, and biometric data. Unless specifically requested, please do not share sensitive personal data in your resume, profile, or communications with us.

Transfer of Personal Data:

Your personal data may be transferred to our business partners, shareholders, public institutions (e.g., Social Security Institution, Turkish Employment Agency), and other legally authorized entities in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law (KVK Law) and the conditions outlined in Articles 8 and 9 of the KVK Law.

Your Rights:

According to Article 11 of the Personal Data Protection Law, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:

• To know if your data is being processed
• To request information if your data has been processed
• To know the purpose of processing and whether it is used correctly
• To know third parties to whom your data has been transferred
• To request corrections of incomplete or incorrect data
• To request deletion or destruction of your data
• To request notifications of changes made to your data to third parties
• To object to decisions made solely through automatic systems
• To claim compensation for damages caused by unlawful processing of personal data

Applications regarding your personal data will be answered free of charge within thirty days. However, additional fees may be charged as determined by the Personal Data Protection Board.

To apply regarding your personal data, please fill out and sign the form on our website and deliver it to the company with proof of your identity.
